I am no expert but based on my personal experience the 180 degree turn shower screen or the fixed ones are better than folding ones. Less hassle, more sturdy and avoid water spillage outside the bath. You can get one off ebay for around 40 quid.

filling loop is now tightly closed but the air pressure is far beyond read with continuos hissing sound and water coming out... I would try getting the water out from the drain point as suggested by Mick..

Thanks Mick, I have drained quite a lot of water from rads but that hasnt help. Sorry, but dont know what a drain cock or the drain point is. Is it one in the picture here?
