Thanks, I did put a hose down the hopper? and the water is running out OK. I cant make the guttering any longer as I am between 2 houses (the guttering is at a guess 8m long) Would getting bigger guttering help??

Hi, I have a Victorian terraced house, the guttering from the neighbours house and my guttering meet at a hopper which constantly overflows when it pours down? All the guttering is clear, the hopper and downpipe are clear? Does anyone have any suggestions as to why i have so much water...
