using hep or jg is probably asking for trouble every bit as much as using compressions, which is as daft as using solder ring fittings.... I find when I use the solder ring with jg the pipe always melts should I use the hep instead

your problem is you have two boilers one 15 years old one 20 years old if you just had one it would be cheaper

use the horses hair boss white

turn the stopcock back on this will solve the problem

you must check the pipes for mud i think this is the problem
