i have connected the hot to the hot from the combi boiler and the cold to the mains, both of which are also to the basin and bath taps.

I have just fitted the above shower and the water's not hot enough. The tap water's hot but I can't seem to turn the shower hot enough. What could this be? Could it be the hot water pressure or could it be the thermostat is not turned up enough?
