Hi, Anyone out there who has experienced this prob? The belt keeps slipping off - does it need to be set on a special way? I just stretched it so it fits on the drum wheels and the motor wheel. It works for a bit and after a while, it slips off.

I have tried powders too (after switching from tablets coz of the same problem) and when the load has finished, I open the door to find the powder has formed into a solid tablet and my dishes aren't clean and all gritty. Any ideas? I am going mad!!
