I have an old Falcon 2 boiler (more than 8 years old), CH works perfectly. Just got back from 1 week away (so HW not used in that time) and the HW flow is very low and water is tepid (LED does not light when tap is on) . Before I went away HW to shower upstairs was erratic, hot then cold, but...
