Thanks for replies,, I have arranged for a local welder to fabricate a replacement. But I have been unable to locate an installation or maintenance manual for this model: Ideal Buccaneer II to check the settings, anyone know where one could be found or have any experience with these??

Hi The burner is a "Whites of Newcastle" circa 1986 but the blast tube/cylinder appears to be part of the boiler as it slots into positon in the combustion chamber then the burner fits through but is not attached to it. The tube is approx 300mm long by 250dia with locator pegs

This model is discontinued and no spares held by Ideal, anyone know of any old stock spares available, need a blast tube / baffle thanks

Thanks I know that due to dilution in the Aga a fga is of little use but the co levels are somewhat higher than I am used to with oil boilers.. is there a method of improving co or not to worry?

Hi Any Oil/Oftec Aga specialists about who could tell me the flue gas readings and draught rates you would expect from an Aga. I cant seem to find any benchmark ratings. Thanks
