ive been having issues with the above. It wouldn't start and occasionally blew the 3 amp fuse and the fast blow on the PCB. I've check the pump, pressure switch and fan. I disconnected each connectors one by one to the PCB and couldn't find the fault. I assumed hat it must be the PCB itself...

OK, the heating stuck on again last night. Turned the boiler off and let the pump over run. Then I turned the hot water on and the 3 way valve moved to the bottom and the boiler fired up left this until it tank stat clicked off. Then turned the heating on and the valve moved to the bottom...

Im connecting a waste pipe from the bath to the soil pipe although I have a problem with levels. Can I essentially put in a u bend in the 40mm to raise the exit up? The level of the entry into the soil pipe is still below the level of the bath plug hole - so it will look like a P trap.
