yer thats what it looks like but a think the taps are on brass valves on both sides and thefilling loop screws into them how would i check the one on the boiler wud i need to drain boiler thanks

hi im having problem with my ariston microgenus combi the pressure gauge has dropped down below 1. I tryed to top it up but no water went too boiler. I took off filling loop theres plenty of water pressure coming from cold water feed filling loop seems ok but still wont top up boiler any help...
