I' still taking in all you wrote :? The water only goes into the header tank when the pump is turned on, after 5 or 10 seconds the flow finshes. It does come into the tank from both the downpipe and the overflow pipe. Would this still fit into your theory?

I wish it was that simple but I dont have a bypass. The out pipe taking the fresh hot water seems to do a good job, its just when it gets in the radiator it doesnt really like leaving via the return pipe even when all radiators are closed and just the closest one to the boiler is fully open :(...
