Hi .I changed one of these on an old sierra I had without really knowing what I was doing but did manage it with the manual.You will need to strip out the dash and drain off the radiator.You have to disconnect two hoses that are connected to the matrix in the engine bay.(underneath the bonnet)...

Hi I have an ldv convoy minibus and the window on the off-side of the vehicle leaks when i'm driving in wet weather.I've tested the window with a hose pipe all over but no leaks.Any suggestions as to the cause of the problem. I'ts one solid unit with no openings.Thanks.

I have an ldv convoy minibus and according to a mechanic who examined it there's slight play in the king pins.He greased them or something and said that in time they will need to be replaced.Is this correct or should I get a second opinion also is it a costly job to have done?

I have an LDV Convoy minibus and now and again (briefly) the Water Trap warning light comes on.It was serviced in January and a new fuel filter was fitted.Is it anything to worry about.

Hi Powertool and thanks for your reply.The main case that the diffs and propshaft bearing is in gets hot not warm specially after a long run.Got a 140 mile job on Friday 11th cant get it looked at till valentines day.Will it explode?

Hi ,I've got an ldv Convoy minibus 2.5 and I've noticed that the rear axle is hot to the touch after it's been driven I know that the axle has oil in it as there is no evidence of any leaks.Is it usual for the axle to be hot .Am I worrying about nothing.
