Zipper - You are a star ! Now fixed. although can't detect any leak. Took the left panel off and checked the level float, cleaning it out helped. Hope I never need to get into the pump. Bosch don't make it easy. It seems you have to take the back unit off which contain the rear levelling...

Drain cleaner unfortunately backed up into dishwasher. The machine has been emptied and manually filled with water to clear the drain cleaner. Although it pumps out ok, it keeps pumping and doesn't move on to the next op? Should I check water input solenoid or is there a water sensor gone faulty?
