sometimes the o rings in the non return valves can come off slightly and stick them shut.

you may have a blockage in the rad itself of in the pipework.the only way to check is to drain the rad and take it outside and flush through with a hose.then connect a hose to each of the rad valves and turn on to flush some water through.

extractors can be vented through the tiles with a lead slate and a mushroom cap on the pipe,or use an inline fan and vent through the eaves.you may ned to fit a condense catching pipe if its a long run.

dont know about the falcon but other ferroli combis i have fitted have flow sensors rather than just on/off switches.they measure the flow rate of the water so its not a case of just joining 2 wires together.if its not an exspensive part just change it.

if the boiler is in a kitchen you can fit an external vessel in a cupboard or under the kickpanel if you get the right shaped one.
