Hi there, my Indesit W133S front loader tub washing machine has stopped spinning, it made a funny metallic scratching sound mid cycle and then wouldnt spin. When I removed the washing even the empty drum wouldnt spin manually. Can you help? Many thanks in advance for any advice.
