If your flat roof was 30 years old i would expect it to need replacing not repairing, suprised the insurance co. didn't pick that up. Expect you'll have to have a re-roof now, don't think you can put a layer of felt over solar paint (which i don't think is a suitable repair method). Good luck...

didn't see the prog, search for vieo roof, is this it? or was it a single ply membrane?

I have a 10.5 delux (now 4-5 years old) it's started to leak above the inlet assembly, seems to be a plunger/valve (3-4" above the inlet pipe) that moves up/down when the shower is turned on or off. Is this fixable or am I better off replacing the shower engine? Fred D
