    Little Plumber Electronic Descalee

Oh, but they come up with most creative mumbo-jumbo about "how they work" [i.e. presupposing that do] but are (ahem) more reticent on the subject of independent trials evidencing that they do anything but sweet FA.

    Replacing small electric water heater

Unvented vessels of up to 15litre capacity are exempted in the regs. I'd recommend, if you're going for the Ariston 10l on mains water supply, to fit the full safety kit including expansion vessel.

    Leaking joint near water meter

You don't own that meter so not your problem. The leaks you higlight are all part of the meter installation. Call your local water undertaking or whoever you pay your water bills to and tell them there's a leak at the (internally located!) meter.

When is a gas oven a Commercial Appliance and thus a Kitchen a Commercial Kitchen?

It's a grey area. For example a small B&B serving half a dozen cooked breakfasts on a domestic cooker would not be regarded as commercial for gas safety purposes although "commercial" in the sense of money changing hands. Do please ask Gas Safe for a ruling: I'd be interested in their response.

Main Eco Elite 30 Combi Boiler Issue

It's most unlikely that your receiver is inside the boiler. It's very likely to be near it ; follow any wires from the bottom of the boiler. You can link out the wiring at the receiver - power off first. https://www.thermalearth.co.uk/content/1/uploads/Manuals/Salus/Salus-RT500RF-Manual.pdf

Unscrewing fittings, very old cylinder (Ed)

You'll be fine. Drain only the top few inches of water from the cylinder and use a blowtorch on fitting if stubborn. Not Essex. Essex Flange is for the brave!

    Heat pump condenser

I have no idea of the regulations on heat pumps (gas bod myself) but if a heating primary filter were installed the return would be the preferred position.
