I have a 6 or 8 inch conduit pipe from the pavement to the inside of my home. MDPE water pipe is carried through it. Do I need to block it to protect against rats? If so, how? If I use an expanding foam, then wouldn't replacing the pipe years later be a problem? What's the proper way?
