We have the room done in brilliant white emulsion so that would he the paint. If I knew if wouldn't peel i would be fine with that, will the different colour effect anything at all or will it still be fine just difference in colour. That sounds great for up again the bifolds, and if laminate ever needs lifting in kitchen side I can get to the edge where it meets wood boards and use a threshold and change I suppose, it's hall and kitchen diner that's why wife wants it to carry all way through that's all. Thanks dean
