Thanks for the info here. Did the same with mine. Popped the ball back in the valve. Put it back together. Tested with the head off. Worked fine. Stripped and cleaned the shower head. Absolutely full of crap. Live on the sussex coast in a hard water area so builds up quick. Works great now...
