The dishwasher is about 3 years old, and has been fine until now. The plates etc aren't cleaned. I've read the manual, cleaned all filters, removed spray arms to check for debris, but no improvement. I think the spray arms aren't rotating, even when there's absolutely nothing in the d/washer...
