B&Q's Garden Lighting - not interchangeable?

Thanks for your help - makes sense now. (unlike "ban all sheds" flippant and petulant replies)

B&Q's Garden Lighting - not interchangeable?

I would need an incredibly long extension lead.

B&Q's Garden Lighting - not interchangeable?

I think you've got a little confused - these lights are to be used in the garden, not in my car. And they come with a mains transformer, so there's no need to use a car battery to power them if that's what you're suggesting.

B&Q's Garden Lighting - not interchangeable?

They're both 12v. I really don't see why I can't use both halogen and LED on the same transformer!

B&Q's Garden Lighting - not interchangeable?

B&Q have two low voltage lighting systems - one LED and one halogen. They say they're not interchangeable, but could anyone in the know please suggest why one couldn't mix and match? Thanks...

    Liquid PTFE

How long does it take to cure? Does it harden fully?

    Does Talon T-Seal harden?

Or does is stay gel-like? It says it's workable to 20-30 minutes, but 2hrs later and it's still gel-like. Not sure if I should wait for it to harden-up?

New shower - sealant not sealing...

So if this sealant sticks to anything, what's the importance of removing ALL the old sealant. And is it really all? Or 'as much as you realistically can'?

Sealant doesn't seem to be sealing.

New shower - sealant not sealing...

I removed it once all the tiling was done (to protect the tray) but obviously before I sealed. I'm glad everyone else is as stumped as me so far...

Sealant doesn't seem to be sealing.

Hi all I've just re-done our shower. New shower tray and new tiles. I've finished off with sealing around the bottom of the tiles and shower door, but the sealant has all lifted from the shower tray. I know it's leaking because about 5mins after running the shower a little bit, water was...

New shower - sealant not sealing...

Yes - but the sealant seems to have stuck to the tiles fine. It's jus the tray (which was also dry/dust free).

Painted bathroom but seem to have a problem...

Actually I think you might be right. One half of a wall hadn't been painted in this old blue paint and that part of the wall doesn't have the lines on it. It seems to be something to do with the old paint? And condensation?

Painted bathroom but seem to have a problem...

I just sugar-soaped and painted over the old blue paint that was there (new house, so we didn't paint the old blue colour it ourselves, so not sure what sort of paint it was etc.).

Painted bathroom but seem to have a problem...

I painted the bathroom a couple of days ago with Craig and Rose 1829 emulsion for interior walls. Came home tonight and the walls are covered with lines - from condensation?! Says nothing of this on their website or on the tin and I'd class the bathroom walls as 'interior'. Anyone offer...
