Everything new needed in a brand new house built 12 months ago? hope not. The boiler is a potterton Suprima 40L no idea about the shower no make and model on it. :(

I have been in a new house for a year now. Recently I have noticed that the rads are cold at the bottom. I bled them & watercame out directly. How can I cure this? I don't know if this is connected, but the water pressure used to knock you over when you got in the shower, not it's a trickle...
