After doing a bit of research I have successfully re-pressurised my boiler. Thank youfor the advice given. However i am still having issues with hot water. Some times you get hot water straight away. Some times you have to have the boiloer on full for a few minutes before it kicks in...

Unfortunately I have just bought the house, and havent been shown anything about the boiler. To re-pressurise it, (i assume that fixing the pressure will fix the hot water issue???) is it do-able by me or get some one in? I have the manual so can find any parts mentioned, and trust...
