perhaps someone could help... at the weekend i had my garage ceiling repaired - and the light fitting i removed beforehand (and the ceiling rose feeding it), and replaced afterwards - it doesnt work. BUT, if i wire up a "normal" incandesant bulb to the rose, that works just fine...
