Close up of a bit flaked off. Seems like some kind of pellets which have been applied. They are almost soft like wood.

Nissen type hut with what looks like concerte/brick and corrigated steel type construction. Inside there is 2 layers of corrugated steel. The second layer has some kind of coating applied. I would like to see if anybody knows what it is? Thanks!
