Aren't the wires meant to clip into each other somehow? How can I do this if they are fixed to the ceiling rose AND the new light fitting?- SelfReliant

Hello Electricians! I hope you can help me as well. I want to install similar lights to the OP. I don't have anyone to do it for me and I don't know any electricians.
