    This is a lighting circuit fuse which is connected to the bus after the RCD... the circuit does not blow the lighting fuse, but does blow the RCD. RCD I have checked the earths and cannot find anything wrong...

    Not sure what you mean about anyone having an idea... You need to run a ring around the garage and put all the double sockets into that ring, then into the garden you could run a spur to the weather proof socket you will need to install or extend the ring into the garden. Does this help you ??
