Hi, Bolier failed and when cover taken off, noticable water marks (brown) around top of boiler casing at flue fixing point. Completely rusted arouond flue ring. Water had leaked onto fan and caused water damage. Fan had failed, so new fan fitted, 7 days later, same problem and fan dies...
