    Worcester Danesmoor 12/19 fuse

Hi guys, Sorry for the long wait .... but I think my engineer has at last got to the bottom of the 11 month problem. The fault seemed to be a short to earth in the wiring loom where it passes through a section of the casing which is double paneled and cannot be examined. The plastic insulation...

    Worcester Danesmoor 12/19 fuse

Hi Guys, Right...... the boiler is now going, and without the 'lock out light' but for some reason will only run when the 'service switch' is set to 'service'. A lot of head scratching here so the engineer suspects a faulty wire in the loom between the control panel and the service switch. He...

When the fuse is replaced the lockout light is "full" bright then gradually fades to a faint glimmer. If I'm lucky the boiler then...

More investigation required, I'll have to get the circuit diag. out again. (I hope it's not the pump, it's under the floor !!)...

I meant to mention that the lockout lamp can fade/flicker and brighten from time to time but never really goes out.

    Worcester Danesmoor 12/19 fuse

Hi , I have a Worcester danesmoor 12/19 oil boiler which ran faultlessly for about 8 years then started to "lock out" intermittently. This was eventually traced to a faulty ht lead but only after most of the boiler innards were replaced. I has run now for a further 18 months but has started...
