Preassure is fine , this led B starts flashing when hot water tap is opened sometimes it takes a few mins other times few secs then leave everything off for a while and its all oki again but this is happening more frequently now

hi i have a alpha cb24x boiler with led B flashing and i dont get any hot water or heating can any one plz help with any fix for it.
