Hi, I have a Ravenheat 820/20T boiler. The central heating stat on the boiler is turned down to almost lowest point. The heating is only on for 10/15mins and water comes out of the pipe that goes outside. The water pressure goes up to about 2.5 bar so not at the max 3 bar. Can anyone help...
