Recently cleaned out the shower head and the filter, and now i seem to have very low pressure, both hot and cold, have checked the tco for continuity and thats okay, any help would be appriciated

Hi Hope someone can help, i have a Triton Caselona 2 shower, dont know how old, ive been here 18 months. When i moved in the shower was great, powerful and seem to lots of hot water, recently though the water is not so hot. Yesterday i cleaned out the shoer head as some of the holes...
