Cheers for replies, have not got 18" above boiler so would go with external vessel and get the PRV replaced as don't need the expense of a new boiler, know a couple of plumbers who are gas safe guys !

I always lead both edges to stop hinge bound doors and the leading edge hitting frame when closing. Yes on new frames its not a prob but I always do it on hinge side in that case as leading edge can be tweaked when hung if it strikes!

I always varnish cut edges or let color fill seal it on mitred junctions, i would not use silicon on the bare chipboard its bad enough getting it to deal a shower! I do use it to seal between insert and laminate top of course. I am thinking of starting to use sbr bond as its great stuff but...
