    I've found a 'junction box' outside and the cable entering it is thicker than normal so presume it's special outside cable but looking at it I just want to clarify what each cable does RED is Live, GREEN/YELLOW is Earth, BLUE is Neutral and so what is BLACK? Is this also Neutral or is BLUE...
