    Undercabinet mains-dimmable LED driver

That is a good idea that I didn't think of - thank you. However I doubt I could find a non-dimmable module for my dimmer: http://www.theinternetelectricalstore.com/varilight-4-gang-1-way-250w-remotetouch-dimmer--remote-iridium-black-iii254myrc8-95185-p.asp?gclid=CObL7ZKYkrUCFUbKtAodmX0AQA

So, should I take it that there is no such thing?

    Undercabinet mains-dimmable LED driver

Well, it is a bit stupid and embarrassing, which is why I was trying to avoid the explanation, but it has been poorly planned. I already have the cables running through the wall and through an expensive (4 gang) dimmer on the wall. I am at the point where I spent so much time, effort and money...

    Undercabinet mains-dimmable LED driver

Can anybody recommend any under cabinet LED lights with a dimmable mains driver? Thank you PS. Yes, I did google it, but all I could find was lamps with custom low voltage dimmers. I want the mains dimmable driver, and under cabinet LEDs to match.

How to join pine boards => furniture

Given that you had so much patience with me and that I am shopping for the last of the supplies, do you have any views on the glue? Is there one that is easier to work with than others?

How to join pine boards => furniture

Thank you, that is very good advice. I do have the over-tightening habit, and at least on my plumbing diy projects it didn't work well on the plastic joints. The "hand-tight" term is too vague...

How to join pine boards => furniture

Sorry, one last clarification please: what do you mean by 2" 10 screws? Do you mean 2 inch long and 10 mm wide? isn't that too much for an 18mm board? Thanks

How to join pine boards => furniture

Thank you. So is ply better than hardboard? And can I paint over it?

How to join pine boards => furniture

That is exactly what I thought. Sorry, I misunderstood your initial post. Having read it again, it makes more sense. I will double check it is square before screwing and glueing it :)

How to join pine boards => furniture

Thank you. I didn't think much about the back, I was just going to cut the hardboard at the full length. Is that the standard practice? I will go with free standing as it is deep enough to hold itself together, or so I think.

How to join pine boards => furniture

Thank you, this is just what I needed to know. The one thing that puzzles me a bit is how would I move the sides, once screwed&glued in?

How to join pine boards => furniture

Sorry for the daft question, I am a complete beginner at this and I want to build a shelf unit. I have all the boards (18mm thick) in the right sizes and I don't know what is the best way to join the boards at 90 degrees: should I screw them in (do I risk splitting the board when it goes in...

    Cut-to-measure pine boards supplier

I am planning on building a shelf unit and would like to buy something like pine boards cut to size, instead of buying the large boards and cutting myself. Can anybody tell me where can I source these from? Thanks

Hi Can someone please recommend a PIR motion sensor that would satisfy these conditions, in order of importance: - Works with low power led - 180 degrees horizontal detection area - Wall mounted, preferably on a 16mm single gang switch hole It would be nice if it also has a photocell...
