The one rod I removed is threaded all the way and it's held and adjusted by screwing it into a section of the moulding which slides. As it was loose I don't know how it attached to the lock,and I haven't worked out how the remaining rod and lock come out......I think,probably, the rod screws...

For some reason my front upvc door has decided not to latch. It looks like the door needs to move a mm or two as it's not centred...I have bodged it temporarily by packing the latch plate. I think it has jocker hinges and I googled the adjustment but i'm worried about cocking it up. Any advice...
