Well I phoned them today, they guy that answered the call said that it was fine to use on wooden sub floor of floor boards.

Thanks for the rapid reply. I will give them a ring and see what they say. I was going to lay this over the existing floor boards of a 1930's semi. I think its pretty well ventilated underneath, but will find out from them all the same.
