    Heritage TSC 04 spares

Thanks to CBW & JohnD. No luck with Heritage themselves - they no longer supply the parts? It’s the centre spindle where the water leaks from (not the tap itself unfortunately) but again, thanks for your time.

    Heritage TSC 04 spares

Hi, I’m trying to buy a set (or two) of washers for my Heritage TSC 04 bathroom mixer tap. The tap is leaking from the spout housing. Can anyone suggest where I can buy these from or how I can decide on the size/type of generic washers which may fit, please?

New shed built, but very unsturdy some advice please?

I was in a similar position with a shiplap shed I bought last year. The instructions said to use wood screws (provided with the shed) but it was very flimsy! I and my, trying to be patient with me, wife took it apart and used coach bolts for the walls. It was well worth the extra effort and it...

    Securit 700L PIR Tamper Alarm

I think I have been misleading in my explanation of the fault....! Sorry! When I try to set the alarm using either the default user code or the default engineer code I get a quiet continuous tone which lasts for about 30 seconds. It then stops and the alarms sounds straight away. I can stop the...

    Securit 700L PIR Tamper Alarm

Hi & thanks for your reply. No, it's just as it was when I started working on it. I see what you mean as there is no cable connected to the tamper terminals. I thought the alarm system must have registered a trigger of the PIR when I'd disconnected it. My thoughts were that the system needed the...

    Securit 700L PIR Tamper Alarm

Hi everyone, I hope you can help please? I recently repositioned a PIR sensor on our C&K Securit 700L. I thought I could just take off the cover, unwire, reposition & rewire (without being in engineer mode). Sadly it appears not to be the case as when I set the system the alarm sounds and the...

    Trocal small punctures

I haven't got very far with the technical dept. They suggested calling one of their accredited roofing companies. In the meantime does anyone know if I can just apply a sealant to the holes - photos attached... Thanks
