    Those pictures are the top of the top bracket cover and the bottom of the bottom one. According to some instructions I found online, that's where the screw holding the cover on the bracket should be.

    Thank you for replying. The cover is definitely attached to the wall fixing so there is no way of levering it off. From looking at instructions for similar ones online, that little hole should be a screw, but it's just flat. I wonder if the installers filled it with something.

    Hello Can anybody help? I've got a multipoint lock on the door leading to the conservatory and the handle will no longer lift up when the door is open. Is there a simple fix that doesn't involve a locksmith? Thanks
