    Nickso - thanks for quick reply! Sounds good so far - when the engineer turns up - is there a way of making sure this stays under the 2 hour limit - what "tricks" might they pull to expend it????

    Hi All Could I have some advice please! We have a Potterton HE Plus 15/2. I don't know how old probably 2005 installation. We have never had any problems with it until last week when it didn't fire up when the timer came on. Preset reset and all Ok (for a while) Now it is needing 10+...
