Thanks Roy. What's the reason for hacking it all off, please? I mean, is it really in bad condition?

Before I commit to any work on it's exterior, I'd really appreciate the opinions of experts in rendering. Is it likely that the whole fascia will need re-rendering? Should I ask a local builder for an opinion? Or other: please? Very many thanks[img]
