hi dec can you help me please i painted a wall in red matt paint but it has all bubbled up in a few places i rubbed down and repainted and they have come up again do i need to seal it then paint it if so what do i need to get .many thanks steve

hi i have just repainted my living room but 1 wall has got bubbles in it ??? the other 3 walls are fine i thought they would dry back but they look like blisters , can someone tell me what i have done wrong. many thanks
