hi, i have one of these beauties and i appear to have 2 issues. 1 I can only get HW to come through the taps with a reduced rate of flow, (barely open taps). 2 rads come on when i call for hot water from the taps. I suspect diverter valve..... It is an easy job to replace or repair it?
