    Sound like the rad isn't connect to your system if there is no flow of water from the flow or return pipe work.

    It could possibly be the thermal cut out switch? Can you restart the shower shortly after or do you have to wait a while? The impeller could be sticking, so the motor is straining and causing it to shut down. Are you able to check to see if the shaft spins freely. Rob
