I think this engineer is spinning you a line. Most doors will have some form of adjustment. If its still under warranty then contact BSH & tell them to sort it out or replace the machine !!!

hi...clean the draw and the roof of the dispenser compartment.also check the hose that goes to the drum.If all this fails, then look for a hose from the dispenser to the drum ( normally at the top and about half inch in diameter ), this will be a breather pipe that could get blocked.some models...

i have a main combi eco boiler & on heating it makes a droning/humming noise, however, this stops when you put the hot taps on, therefore cutting the heating phase. this then resumes when the heating kicks back in......any ideas ?? i have taken the air out of the rads & the fan sounds ok ...

youre on the right track !!! i cant remember exactly without seeing it but i think as well as the screws at the rear, you have to clips at the front, then give it a good slap backwards and with some luck.......off !!

sounds like the heater tube has gone down ( located right hand side of machine at the base ) or module relay fault( in the top of the door).....

it will either be a broken spring or the plastic/string tensioner from the spring to the hinge arm.easy job !!! no adjustment.....

Hi all, my father has a smart fit system that seems to have a re-occuring fault.It would seem that about every 2 years he has to change the acctuator.He has done this several times now, and changed the cable also, with the most recent being 3 weeks ago & today it comes back up with the F2 fault...

Change the capacitor. It will be that. Unplug the machine & leave it an hour so the capacitor dis-charges.remove it & change it, located on the side of the motor....... Happy drying !!!

sounds like you've got a wta2000 which was made by white knight/philips. Door frame is reasonable price & would also agree with previous reply that your capacitor requires changing !! unplug !!!! If you have this model, there is a fella on here looking for some help with wiring the mains...

hi all...my father has a honeywell smartfit ML7300A1004 actuator for the 3 way valve on his central heating system. He finds he has to change this actuator every 2 years !!!! Is there a solution to this problem or is it one of those things ??? cheers all in advance. :?

make sure that the spouts for the waste pipes on the sink havent got the sealing blanks still in them !!!! this could lead to drain errors !! :?

on the back of the motor is a circular tacho device.this may have either fell off or the magnet underneath it may have broke/unscrewed. give it a go :|

this could be a dirt devil, and im afraid parts are preety much non available. try espares, after that i thinks you might need a new one :cry:

check out the module on the right hand side/top of the door. possible that one of the relay pins solder has burnt off.resolder it if theres enough of the pin left. if this fails, it would seem to look like the heater box gone down..... :?
