Sparky, Heatline boiler, 7 years old! Done well. probably time to change it. DHW heat exchanger might seem clear but scale in it is reducing it's capacity to transfer heat.. Either replace the h/e or replace the boiler i'd say :(

Hi Sparky, is it a new boiler or an existing one? If your having to slow the flow down it sounds like ther boiler isn't able to cope with the flow rate....
