Pro was round... It was my fan. He tried turning it with screwdriver but it didn't turn work. he's gonna get me a new one. Hopefully before Christmas day !!! Nightmare

wife is out with the only phone in the house. Couldnt u give a brief explanation real simple like, is the tap and radiator 2 different systems how does the tank part work. i have storage tank in airing cupboard and boiler unit doestairs. is there 2 hearter ? on in kitchen and one upstairs?

yes storage tank probably got hot water from last night. I have no idea how this works. Does the storage tank hold all water for radiator and taps ? so when i switched whole radiator system on, does the cold water get pumped from the storage tank upstairs, go into boiler unit down stairs, going...
