Receiver is getting a signal, green light comes on? Boiler goes through start up procedures, ends up with error message saying "no heating demand" It seems there is a heating demand from RT500 rf, so what can be stopping boiler from firing up?

Hello one of our customers heating is refusing to operate, Vailant combi eco tech plus gas boiler, with a RT500RF, seems to be getting a signal from stat. Possible problem.with Stat ?, all help appreciated
