    Thanks Gaz, it was sticking ( it'd done it a couple of times) I'd checked out the motor...ok..so I've replaced it now....I did drain the boiler first as well. I'm doing a drain down soon to replace/move a rad so I'll power flush the system then but I had to change it now...no DHW. Cheers Jailer

    Sorry P the P, I just asked for info not a telling off, I thought me Mam had died, I know you guys pay out a lot to redo your modules but you're second only to Barristers for your hourly rate.................... :lol: And after all it is a DIY forum

    How to drain a Worcester Bosch boiler

    I need to change the diverter valve on my WB boiler ...... In order to drain the boiler do I just turn off the rising main then open the taps.....? Cheers Jailer
