Bearing in mind these tiles are probably tested in a wind tunnel and they are always going to keep on the safe side when specing the tiles and I live in a built up area in the midland and we do get extremes of weather.     And to be fair joiner did measure rafter not tile, roofer has measured tile not rafter. I'm so confused
